This Privacy Policy explains how LeadershipMaturity.ai OÜ, registry code 16996579, Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 ("LeadershipMaturity.ai OÜ" or the "Company"), collects, uses, and discloses information obtained through its website, https://www.leadershipmaturity.ai (the "Site"). By using the Site, you ("User") consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Your personal data is processed under this Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) ("GDPR") and the applicable national data protection laws (“Data Protection Law”). The Company acts as the data controller of your personal data.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF PRIVACY POLICY
By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this Policy will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes.
If you disclose any personal data regarding any third party (e.g., your employee, management board member, co-worker, contracting party, etc.) to us, you are obliged to refer them to this Policy.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
2.1 Personal Data
We collect minimal personal data from users:
-
Sentence completion test responses.
If you contact us via e-mail, we will collect your name and e-mail address, along with any other content included in the e-mail, to send you a reply.
2.2 Automatically Collected Information (Essential Only)
- Assessment platform (strictly necessary processing). When you use the assessment platform, we process limited technical information that is necessary to operate the service, maintain security, and prevent abuse (for example: IP address, device/browser information, timestamps, and basic request information). We do not use this information to identify you.
- Essential cookies / local storage (assessment mechanics only). We use strictly necessary cookies and/or local storage to keep the assessment functioning and to prevent loss of progress (for example: maintaining session state and saving your place). These are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. Depending on context, these identifiers may still be treated as personal data under applicable data protection laws.
- Landing page (Wix). Our marketing/landing pages are built and hosted using Wix. Wix may process technical data and set cookies on those pages (including through its default cookie banner and related settings). You can manage cookie preferences for Wix-hosted pages via the cookie banner and/or your browser settings.
- Special Categories of Personal Data. We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data (such as details about your race, ethnicity, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, health, or political opinions). Please do not include such information in free-text responses.
We use the collected data to:
-
Provide assessments of development stages and personalized recommendations.
-
Respond to user inquiries and feedback.
-
Operate, maintain, and secure the Site and assessment platform (including preventing abuse and troubleshooting).
We do not sell user data or anonymous data to third parties. We do not use assessment responses for model training unless you explicitly consent.
4. SHARING INFORMATION
We may disclose your information to comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, or protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.
We may share limited information with third-party service providers strictly as needed to operate the Site and Services (for example: website/landing page hosting and related tools (such as Wix), infrastructure/hosting providers, payment providers, and email service providers). Where applicable, we may share your assessment report (or selected report outputs) with a professional coach only if you explicitly consent to that sharing. You can withdraw your consent at any time before sharing takes place. All third-party providers are required to protect data and comply with applicable data protection laws.
We may share your personal data in connection with any business transaction, such as a merger or acquisition, in compliance with data protection laws.
5. DATA RETENTION
We retain sentence completion responses for as long as necessary to provide our services and analyze aggregate trends. If data is anonymized, it may be retained indefinitely for research and analysis purposes.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
-
Request access to and correction or deletion of your personal data.
-
Object to or restrict the processing of your data.
-
Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@leadershipmaturity.ai. We aim to respond within 30 days.
7. SECURITY MEASURES
We implement industry-standard security measures, including data encryption and access controls, to protect your personal information.
- Assessment data security. Assessment responses are processed and stored on encrypted infrastructure with strict access controls (least-privilege access). Where we use third-party hosting/infrastructure providers, we select providers that maintain independent security assurance programs (for example, SOC 2 Type II reports).
- De-identification and separation. Assessment responses are stored separately from payment and support communications. We do not attempt to identify you from assessment responses, and we remove obvious identifying information from free-text where reasonably possible.
- No model training without permission. We do not use your assessment responses to train or fine-tune our models unless you explicitly opt in (for example, via a research/training consent). If you opt in, we use de-identified data.
While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
8. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER
We primarily process data within the EU/EEA. However, some service providers we use (for example, Wix for landing pages and payment providers) may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards to protect personal data, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes through the Site or other appropriate channels.
