Pamela Potts, PCC

Advisor

Pamela Potts is the founder of Rysa Leadership, where she partners with leaders and organizations navigating complexity, transition, and growth. She is a certified Developmental Coach grounded in Adult Development theory, with deep experience applying the work of Dr. Susanne Cook-Greuter, and other constructive-developmental thinkers.

Alongside her coaching, she has spent 25+ years in leadership development and 15 years as an SVP of People & Culture, and fractional Chief People Officer, giving her a practical read on how developmental work lands inside real organizations. She specializes in helping leaders surface and examine their meaning-making, work skillfully with polarity and paradox, and grow the internal capacity required for adaptive leadership in today’s complex environments. Pamela believes development is about creating the conditions for greater awareness, responsibility, and freedom.

She is a certified debriefer of the Leadership Development Indicator, and the LeadershipMaturity.ai assessment. She is certified by the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She previously held a CPA certification and a SHRM-SCP certification.

Her forthcoming book, "Beyond the Achievement Ceiling--The Developmental Work that Creates Real Leadership Breakthroughs", does something she found missing in the literature: it names the specific developmental shifts needed at each stage, not just a description of the stages themselves.
